Well, something similar happened to me. During an Osamie\u010diai hike, I was discovered on a hillfort, under a stone. \ud83d\ude42 So, you could say the Osamie\u010diai hikes symbolize my birth! I came into being to help Osama \u2013 and all of you \u2013 walk the path of sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>I won\u2019t lie \u2013 I was thrilled to see how seriously you\u2019re taking it! You\u2019re already reducing the number of trash bins in the workplace, sorting waste, and choosing healthy snacks. That\u2019s not just caring for nature \u2013 it\u2019s also respect for your body. The first steps are often the hardest, but you\u2019ve already taken them. Bravo! And I\u2019ll be right here, making the journey easier and more fun.<\/p>\n<p>Take Happy Healthy Day, for example! Sounds like a celebration, right? And it is \u2013 but not just that. It\u2019s a conscious choice to eat healthily, to choose seasonal, local fruits, and to reduce processed food consumption. <strong>Happy Healthy Day<\/strong> takes place <strong>every quarter in all four of our regions<\/strong>.
