31 January 2025 was an exceptional day, full of good energy, discoveries and pleasant surprises. The event began with welcome drinks and snacks, followed by various interactive activities and inspiring presentations during the conference. In the evening, the Osama employees enjoyed a delicious dinner and a live music concert. The entire program was masterfully hosted by the well-known Dainius Martinaitis, and there were so many surprises until the very end of the event.

This event achieved more than symbolising a new start, as it also stimulated a strong sense of community and team spirit. Together, we shared ideas, strengthened relationships and created the basis for even closer cooperation. A new direction for internal communication was announced, ensuring seamless, open and inspiring communication between all team members.
