Just recently, the Osama team got together again for our traditional summer celebration. This year, the theme BE Together perfectly captured the spirit of the event. There was no shortage of good weather, good vibes, or opportunities to forget about work for a while and simply enjoy being together. ❤️

The beautiful Druskų miškas became the setting for our summer adventure. Together with Renginių kalvė, we had plenty of unconventional sports, excitement, challenges, concentration and, of course, a little bit of mischief. Some were seriously competing for victory, while others were simply enjoying the experience – but there was plenty of laughter and support for everyone. 😄

Between the challenges, there was time for good conversations, delicious food and great coffee. The bartenders from Stir and Shake treated us to refreshing cocktails, while our cups were filled with our own Piacetto coffee – yes, the same coffee we sell. ☕🍹

As the evening went on, the energy only grew. Music, dancing, laughter and great company kept us going, with dancing on the tables until morning. And then there were the late-night swims in the rain. 🌧️🏊 Some things simply cannot be planned into an event programme – but they often become the memories we remember the longest.

But the most important part wasn’t the challenges, cocktails or dancing. It was the people. Colleagues you can be yourself around, laugh out loud with, be a little silly with, support one another and simply have a great time together. And perhaps that is one of the most important things in any team.

BE Together is about being together. About a good atmosphere. About people you enjoy not only working with, but also celebrating life with. ❤️
