LAVA (Lithuanian Responsible Business Association) promotes the implementation of sustainable business practices in Lithuania, helping companies make responsible environmental decisions. LAVA also assists companies in implementing sustainability standards and provides certifications that encourage responsible business practices.

The shareholders decide they will no longer participate in operational activities and instead they will entrust the management of the company to a team of long-time employees of the company who have grown into managers.
